Specific app not appearing in AppStore search

When I’m selecting an app to add - both with and without AutoLaunch - the app I’m trying to add doesn’t appear in the AppStore search (but all others do).

It’s called “ANZ Australia”, and no matter how I search, I can’t make it appear.
