Notifications When Apps are Added

Please send me a notification when an app I suggest is added, and give a realistic SLA. I’ve requested for months to add Monarch Budgeting (a very popular app) and despite multiple requests it’s never added, and I have no way of knowing when my submission is ever going to be completed.
