Start by adding a dock-hiding wallpaper to create the minimalist effect.
Save a wallpaper
Press and hold on a wallpaper below, and save to photos. Choose a dark wallpaper if your phone is in Dark Mode, or a light wallpaper if your phone is in Light Mode.

Set the wallpaper
Go to Settings → Wallpaper. Set the wallpaper you just saved.
Tap Customize. Turn blur off.
